Staff-Parish Relations Committee

The liaison committee whose main function is support and enhancement of the staff-parish relationship. This is done through counsel, consultation, and evaluation. Among the SPR\'s responsibilities is recommendation of compensation to the Charge Conference. The SPR committee also assesses staffing needs as well as interpreting to the congregation the nature and function of the ministry.
